Safety & Use
Set your race on flat, open ground—like grass, or a smooth field.. Each player steps into a sack, pulls it up to waist level, holds the top of the sack with both hands, and gets ready to hop. On “Ready, set, go!” players hop forward, no running or sprinting. If a player tumbles, they simply stand back up (still inside the sack) and keep going. Keep spectators and fellow racers clear of the lanes, and mark start and finish lines clearly with cones or tape for smooth play. When the race wraps up, collect all the sacks to keep the area tidy (and toes safe).
